Project of Energy-saving Transformation in Smart Heating
The heating management in the area under the control of a heating company is extensive, and the system is being a low-level of control & regulation, resulting in serious energy waste and economic losses. Therefore, a comprehensive solution to energy-saving transformation in heating is needed. The project involves secondary network balance regulation and the transformation of monitoring platform for energy saving.
The solution covers the most of hot issues in heating process: heat source, heat station, secondary network, and whole-process data integration and application of user-end, as well as optimized intelligent control of heat exchange station, automatic balance and hydraulic balance adjustment of secondary network, balanced heat distribution based on 5G terminals.
The project has built a smart heating platform covering source, network, station and household, and realized the data integration of heat source, heat network, heat station, secondary network, terminal users and room temperature, establishing a unified data center. Counteracting the station mechanism with manual regulation, it analyzes the energy-saving rule of valve control by data analysis, and optimizes intelligent regulation, and provides powerful means for energy saving and consumption reduction in heating.
