Project of Intelligent Heat Supply Metering Reformation
A city in Shanxi Province is actively carrying out the intelligent heat supply metering project, and the heating area has exceeded 4 million square meters. With high measurement accuracy, convenient installation, multiple transmission modes and communication with NB-IoT, the supporting meter uses intelligent heat supply management system for its operation and maintenance. The heat supply data can be directly transmitted to the management system through NB-IoT without wiring, laying the foundation for further data analysis.
After the meter is running, the success rate of data upload is nearly 100%. The solution not only successfully solves the difficulties in heat metering in courtyard buildings and countryside, improves the signal transmission difficulties, reduces the failure transmission rate, greatly improves the reliability of data transmission, but also greatly reduces the costs of installation, construction and maintenance, providing a reliable theoretical solution and practical basis for the subsequent project of heat supply metering reformation.
