Recently, Huizhong has obtained the People’s Republic of China Certificate of Metrological Authorization for Special Items (Certificate No.: (Ji) Faji (2021) G002) issued by Hebei Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and officially become a pilot enterprise of compulsory verification reform of civil water meters in Hebei Province.

To implement the reform spirit of "release, management and service", further stimulate the vitality of market, strengthen the responsibility of the enterprise, and optimize the allocation of market resources, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has constructed a new mode of compulsory verification, which authorizes enterprises to verify the civil water meters manufactured by Huizhong according to the national metrological verification regulations before delivery. The initial compulsory verification of meter is not necessary before installation.

According to the relevant requirements, Huizhong actively organized the testing and calibration laboratory to establish the measurement standard for water meter verification devices and obtained the Metrological Standard Assessment Certificate after being approved by the provincial standard instruments of measurement. Huizhong has further improved management level on the basis of the requirements of the original CNAS laboratory management system, passed the on-site assessment of metrological authorization for special items, obtained the Certificate of Metrological Authorization for Special Items issued by the Provincial Bureau, and undertaken the task authorization of the legal national metrological verification institution.
